How do I register?

Send us an email at procarecentre@gmail.com.

Provide us with your ideal start date as well as your child’s age upon starting so we can review our enrollment for available spaces

Do you have part-time or half-day spaces?

Yes, however, ProCare has a limited number of part-time spaces.

Stay tuned for more details on our Part-Time Preschool Program coming soon.

What is the ratio for each age category?

Toddler 1 educator : 5 children

Preschool 1 educator : 8 children

What ages of children are accepted?

Toddler Program children are accepted between 14 – 30 months

Preschool Programs Children are accepted between 2.5 – 4yrs

What are the hours of operation?

Our hours 7:30 – 530 were reduced to 7:45- 5 in order to allow staff appropriate time to sanitize thoroughly.

At this time our weekend services are closed, ProCare is open Monday to Friday

Are meals provided?

Yes, our onsite kitchen provides a variety of nutritional and diverse foods that meet or exceed Food Guide recommendations. Each day consists of breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, all made of which are prepared same day. Each lunch contains a minimum of 3 food groups and snacks a minimum of 2.

Our chef has worked collaboratively to provide for families who have a variety of restrictions (allergy, religion or lifestyle). 

What do I need to bring on my child’s first day?
  1. BackPack
  2. Diapers (if allergic to other brands)
  3. Bum Cream
  4. Water Bottle (no glass)
  5. Extra clothes – 2 pairs of everything: Socks, pants, shirt, underwear (if applicable)
  6. Comfort toy, soother or blanket for nap time
  7. 2 long-sleeved bibs. 1 for art, 1 for food. (Optional)
  8. Indoor shoes (no slippers)
  9. Medication (If required: EPI-PEN/Inhaler)

 

Can I visit for a tour before I enroll my child?

At this time due to covid-19, the ministry of education has restricted our ability to allow outside visitors into the centre. However, with you in mind we had created a virtual tour, check it out!
