Birthday Party Info!

PROCARE Family Centre invites all families with children ages 1-6 years old to enjoy a birthday party at the centre! Birthday parties are available on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10am – 12pm. Birthday parties can be scheduled by contacting PROCARE Family Centre’s events email at procare.events78@gmail.com and we will return your email promptly. We look forward to celebrating with you! The cost of a Birthday Party Rental is $350 which includes rental of one classroom for 2 hours, a small party decoration package and themed activity stations to match your party. The party package also includes PROCARE staff set up and take down of the party. The host is welcome to attend setup 30 minutes before the party, host or guest attendance outside of the permitted windows may result in additional charges. Additional guests of any age may be added for $25 per person. A signed contract and $50 deposit is required to hold your Birthday party rental($50 will be deducted from invoice at time of payment.. Birthday Party Rentals are scheduled from 10am – 12pm. If extra set up time is needed, an extra 30 minutes can be purchased for $50.00. Additionally, an extra 30 minutes can also be purchased at the end for cleanup if host requires more time to collect personal belongings.

Birthday Party Procedures

Tablecloths, balloons, and paper streamers are provided in the classroom Themed decorations or activities will be placed around the classroom. All decorations brought by the host must be removed and disposed of at the end of the party unless otherwise approved by PROCARE. Food storage is available at PROCARE. For the duration of the event. Permitted food items include nut free cakes, ice cream, drinks, fruit/ vegetable platters and chips/packaged nut free snacks. Should products with nuts be included an additional $100 cleaning charge will be added to the bill. Party/cleaning and take down is included in the base fee should the mess from an event exceed a standard cleaning it is at PROCARE’S discretion to charge the additional cleaning fee of $100. Parties that have not cleaned up and vacated by 30 minutes after the event end time will be charged will be charged $50 per 30 minutes for ANY time over.
